What can I print at Mi Office?

Can I print from my phone or tablet?
Yes. You can send documents from your phone or tablet using options such as WhatsApp, email or other supported methods available in-store and we will print them for you
Can I email my documents to Mi Office for printing?
Yes. Contact your nearest branch for the correct email or WhatsApp details. Please note that sending a file does not necessarily place it into the print queue — confirm your requirements with the branch.
Do you print black-and-white and colour documents?
Yes. We offer both black-and-white and full-colour printing in A4, A3 and selected larger formats.
Do you print large posters and plans?
Yes. Selected Mi Office stores offer large-format poster and plan printing, including A2 and A1 sizes. Contact your nearest branch to confirm availability.
Do you print business cards?
Yes. We offer quick-turnaround business cards as well as larger-volume premium business card options.
Can Mi Office design my business card for me?
Yes. We can assist with the layout and design of business cards and other printed material. Design charges may apply depending on the work required.

Do you print photographs?
Yes. Mi Office offers quality photo printing, from standard jumbo photographs through to selected larger sizes.
Do you take and print ID or passport photographs?

Do you do digital ID or passport photographs?
Yes, we do! We use software to create high-quality digital ID and passport photos that meet standard requirements, and we will email the final digital copy directly to you.
Do you print photographs onto canvas?
Yes. We offer high-quality canvas printing as well as print-and-mount options in a range of sizes.
How long does canvas printing take?
Turnaround is normally a few working days, depending on the branch, size and current workload. Confirm the expected collection date when ordering.
Do you sell photo and certificate frames?
Yes. We offer frames in a range of popular sizes, including photo, certificate and poster sizes. Selected sizes have standing options, while frames designed for hanging include the appropriate fittings.
Do you offer laminating?
Yes. We laminate standard documents as well as selected larger-format items. A4 and A3 laminating and larger A2/A1 options are available.
What types of binding do you offer?
Depending on the branch, we offer ring/spiral, slide, heat and wire binding. Wire and certain specialised binding services are available at selected stores.

Can I use my own photograph on a personalised gift?
