Can I get a quote?
Our website provides comprehensive and detailed pricing, together with product descriptions. Should you require more information, please contact your nearest Branch Manager, whose details are listed on our BRANCH LOCATIONS page.

Do you offer bulk printing discounts?
Yes - our pricing gets better the more you print. Please refer to PRINTING on our website for details
How long do business cards take?
Need them today? We can print small runs (50+) while you wait. For premium 300 gsm sets of 200 or 500, turnaround is just 24 hours from final proof.
Do you print large formats like A1 or A2?
Yes, available at selected stores – PMB Greyling Street, CBD, Scottsville and Hayfields, Hilton and Howick in KZN Midlands, Westdene in Bloemfontein and Hillcrest in Durban.
How long for canvas prints?
Usually 3 - 5 working days from order to collection.
Can I email my print job?
Yes, but please note: printing starts when you arrive in-store.
Can I print from my phone or tablet?
Absolutely! Print via Email, WhatsApp, Bluetooth, or USB — whichever suits you best.
Do you do offer photo printing?
All our stores have Kodak photo kiosks that can print quality photos of 10x15 jumbo size to A4 instantly.
What frame options do you offer?
Stores offer custom sizes from A5 to A1, including poster and certificate frames. Standing option available on selected sizes; all frames include hanging fittings.
Do you print ID / Passport Pictures?
Yes!

Can you print customised script pads or notepads?
Yes! We print script pads, notepads, prescription pads and personalised stationery for businesses and professionals.
What kinds of personalised gifts do you offer?
We specialise in photo-based gifts — T-shirts, puzzles, mugs, water bottles, mouse pads, coasters, keyrings, and other keepsakes. New gift items are launched regularly, so check our Shop Online page for the latest range.
How do the surprise puzzles work?
You upload a favourite photo, and we turn it into a 120-piece A4 puzzle that arrives unassembled — so the recipient only discovers the picture once they build it!
What lamination options do you offer?
A4/A3 - 250 micron | A2/A1 150 micron
What types of binding do you do?
Spiral, heat and slide in all stores; wire binding in selected ones.
Questions About Shipping Services
When can I send parcels?
Just about anywhere — local or international! (Some restrictions apply.)
Any weight or size limits?
Yes. We accept individual parcels up to 25 kg and total shipments up to 25 kg volumetric weight.
Can I track my parcel?
You bet. Use the TRACK MY PARCEL on our site.
Do you help with packaging?
Yes - we'll pack your shipment safely for you.
How long will delivery take?
- Express: Overnight
- Economy: 24 – 72 hrs
When do parcels go out each day?
Generally, shipments received before 3 pm (Mon–Fri) leave the same day. Confirm with your branch to be sure.
Which couriers do you use?
We partner with DHL for international and trusted local couriers for domestic deliveries.
What is "volumetric weight"?
It’s how much space your parcel takes up versus its actual weight. We charge on whichever is higher.
Can I insure my parcel?
Yes — 5% of declared value (up to R5 000). Covers loss or damage when properly packaged.
Can I use your store as my delivery address?
Sure! We can receive smaller (under 10 kg) non-high-value parcels on your behalf. A small handling fee may apply.
What is a "main centre" vs "outlying area"?
- Main centres: Major cities
- Regional: Medium towns (e.g., Paarl, Ladysmith)
- Outlying: Remote or rural areas
What's PARGO?
A convenient pickup-point service (Clicks, Shell, MiOffice, etc.) — perfect if you can’t be home for deliveries. We’re also a Pargo point!

What brand of rubber stamps do you sell?
Trodat in KZN stores, Trodat and Modico in Bloemfontein.
How long to make a rubber stamp?
Same-day in PMB and Bloem; 24–72 hours elsewhere.
Do you do name badges?
Yes — ready within 1 hour!
What paper and board do you stock?
A wide range: 80g coloured paper, 128 gloss white paper, 160g coloured board, 250g gloss white board, plus A2 black, white and other coloured boards.
What stationery do you keep?
Everything you’d expect in a convenient office store — pens, files, paper, and more.
When do new calendars and diaries arrive?
Around August to September each year.

Definitely! Our team can help with layouts, business cards, posters, and general DTP work.
Can you email my documents for me?
Yes — you can either:
- Scan and send from our printer, or
- Use a PC rental and send through your own email.
Do you offer scanning?
Yes! A4/A3 scanning everywhere; large-format (plans, posters) at selected stores.
Can I rent a PC or use WiFi?
Of course. PC rental starts at R4 and you get free in-store WiFi with reasonable limits.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes, but there are restrictions.
